Open the viewer by running `main_viewer` and click 'Open Folder'

Select the folder containing your datafiles
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
Select the file you'd like to open. This may take some time as the MATLAB HDF5 library is slow.

|
|
|
|
Select the 'Calibrate' tab.
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
Select a range of data that covers your area of interest. Smaller areas will process faster.
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
Enter the detector angle about which the data is symmetric. This is important for data processing. The data should now be symmetric about an angle of 0
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
Add a gold calibration file, produced by the tool described in '[Making a Gold Calibration File ](Making-a-Gold-Calibration-File)
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
These calibration options can be saved to a file from this tool with the 'Save Config' Option'
|
|
|
Save the file anywhere you like.
